The WINGS social and labor inclusion programme is designed to support service providers working with third-country national women survivors of trafficking and violence in the provision of tailored and qualitative support. The programme based on the WINGS Generic Framework on Survivor-Centred social and labour inclusion includes session plans for the delivery of trauma-sensitive foreign language teaching, individual employment counselling and recommendations for internship/job placement in local companies for programme participants.
