Each partner country has identified the national gaps and needs in terms of prevention and combat against sexual harassment in the workplace, to inform the trainings to the HR professionals and employees.
TEAMWORK is a European initiative that aims at strengthening the combat against sexual harassment in the workplace in Greece, Bulgaria, Spain and Italy, by raising the awareness of the employees and enabling HR professionals and managers to take action to recognize, prevent and deal with sexual harassment, and introduce measures to protect victims, regardless of their gender or work level.
