To discuss the project’s results and advocate for its replicability a 2-day Interdisciplinary International Conference was held in Brussels the 6th and 7th December 2023. The Conference represented a unique opportunity for employers, experts from the anti-trafficking field, representatives of civil society organizations and policy makers to exchange good practices, network among relevant stakeholders in the field of migrant integration and advocate for the importance of creating inclusive and diverse workplaces to enhance employability and social inclusion for third-country national women survivors of trafficking and violence. In this document the main outcomes of the Conference are presented.
