Employees will have a better knowledge and understanding of their rights and obligations to protect themselves and their colleagues when they identify cases of sexual harassment in the workplace.
TEAMWORK is a European initiative that aims at strengthening the combat against sexual harassment in the workplace in Greece, Bulgaria, Spain and Italy, by raising the awareness of the employees and enabling HR professionals and managers to take action to recognize, prevent and deal with sexual harassment, and introduce measures to protect victims, regardless of their gender or work level.
